Terms of use
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the rules for using the Let Chat Play service and its two apps, Quiz Games and Interactive Games. How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
1. Parties
These Terms are an agreement between the operator that provides the Let Chat Play service (formerly PG Broadcast, and before 27 October 2026 QuizBroadcast) from Türkiye (the “Operator”, “we”) and the person who creates an account or uses the service (the “Broadcaster”, “you”). You can reach the Operator through the contact form.
Let Chat Play’s software developers, employees, contractors, suppliers and contributors are not personally parties to this agreement and give you no personal warranty unless they make an express written commitment. Claims about the service are directed to the Operator.
2. Acceptance and minimum age
By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms and declare that:
- you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy
- you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- if you act on behalf of an organisation, you are authorised to bind it
Where mandatory consumer law treats you as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes or limits consumer rights you cannot waive.
3. What the service is
Let Chat Play is a hosted software service that receives the chat and gift events of your TikTok LIVE broadcast, shows a broadcast screen you add to TikTok Live Studio or share from your phone, and runs games your chat plays, with audience polls between them, in two apps:
- Quiz Games, which helps you upload questions, determines the correct answer by software and runs the quiz
- Interactive Games, which runs games a cup at a time: car races, three to a cup, where your viewers build cars by typing numbers and a physics simulation races them — over a track, with obstacles on it unless you turn them off or carrying crates on a cargo run’s, up a hill, or against each other in a demolition derby’s bowl; artillery duels, one battle to a cup, where they aim tanks by typing an angle and a power and a simulation fires them until one tank or none is left, or you call a draw; tower duels, one battle to a cup, where they pick red or blue and aim tanks behind their side’s tower of blocks, a physics simulation fires them and knocks the blocks about until a side’s tower falls or its last tank is out, or you call a draw, and the gifts they send during the battle help their side; archer duels, one battle to a cup with no seat limit, where they pick red or blue and type how far their arrows fly, every box on their side looses an arrow at the other side every few seconds until a side’s tower falls or its last box does, or you call a draw, and the gifts they send during the battle help them; mini-golf, one hole of three strokes to a cup, where they swing at a ball by typing an angle and a power and a simulation rolls it; marble runs, three to a cup, where they make marbles by typing numbers and a physics simulation rolls them down a course; rocket launches, three to a cup, where they build rockets by typing numbers and a simulation flies them; walker races, three to a cup, where they build walkers by typing numbers and a physics simulation walks them, falling over and getting back up, across a terrain; tank races, three to a cup, where they build tanks by typing numbers and a physics simulation drives them across a battlefield, each tank firing at the tanks ahead of it; and, on the accounts they are offered to, lane runs, three to a cup, where they steer a bot between three lanes by typing 1, 2 or 3 and a simulation runs every bot at once ahead of a Sweeper that catches the slowest, and obstacle dashes, three to a cup, where they type 0 to run, 1 to jump or 2 to duck, each held until the next, and a simulation runs every runner at once over hills and obstacles ahead of a boulder that flattens the slowest
Whichever app you use, Let Chat Play:
- is not a product of TikTok, ByteDance or their affiliates, and is not supported, endorsed or operated by them
- does not provide a TikTok account, LIVE access, viewers, gift income or an uninterrupted connection
- does not offer a payment, betting, lottery, raffle, prize distribution or escrow service
- is not the organiser, sponsor, judge or legal adviser of your quizzes and cups, and is not a party to any dispute between you and your viewers
In Interactive Games, unless you turn Sounds off for a car race’s cup, a mini-golf cup, a tower duel’s cup, a walker race’s cup or a tank race’s cup, the broadcast screen also plays the cup’s own sound effects, made in the browser; an artillery duel, an archer duel, an Archer War Arena, a marble run, a rocket launch, a lane run and an obstacle dash have none, and nor does Quiz Games. Whether they reach your broadcast depends on TikTok Live Studio, your phone and their settings, and a browser may hold them back until the page has been touched.
The service is in early access and includes features still in development. Features, the games’ rules and tuning, capacity, supported devices, third-party connections and what each plan includes may change over time.
4. The TikTok connection and third-party services
Live chat and gift events are received from TikTok through a third-party connection service. This connection does not rely on an official TikTok API. If TikTok or the connection provider makes a technical or contractual change, the service may stop working in part or entirely, without prior notice.
You alone are responsible for:
- complying with the current terms, community guidelines and LIVE policies of TikTok and any other platform you use
- being authorised to use your account, your broadcast and the links you use in it
- assessing the risk that using the service leads to restrictions, suspension or closure of your TikTok account
The Operator is not responsible for the actions of TikTok or any other third party, the accuracy of their data, service interruptions, account sanctions or policy changes. Liability arising from the Operator’s own fault that cannot be limited under mandatory law is reserved.
5. Account and security
You must give accurate account details that belong to you. You are responsible for keeping your password and your broadcast link secret, for keeping track of what is done under your account, and for reporting any unauthorised use straight away through the contact form.
Anyone aged 18 or over may create an account. One account, with one email address and password, runs both apps: your language, country, TikTok username, logo and plan belong to the account and are the same in Quiz Games and Interactive Games, and your one broadcast link shows whichever app you switched to on the management screen.
The broadcast link contains a secret key that lets anyone who has the link open your broadcast screen. Share it only with the tools you broadcast with, such as TikTok Live Studio, and renew it in the app if in doubt.
Your account cannot be transferred or shared with others. Automated access, reverse engineering, security testing, scraping or activity that exhausts the service’s capacity is not allowed without the Operator’s prior written permission; reverse-engineering rights granted by law, and the rights that open-source licences give you (described under “Let Chat Play’s rights”), are reserved.
6. Your games and your broadcast
You are the sole organiser of your broadcast and of everything you run on it with Let Chat Play. In particular, you:
- announce clearly to your viewers the rules of what is running — a quiz, a cup or a poll — when it starts and ends, who can take part and, if anyone can win anything, how the winner is decided
- if you give a prize, decide and fulfil its nature, delivery terms and tax consequences yourself
- assess for yourself whether you comply with the rules on raffles, lotteries, quizzes and other competitions, advertising, consumer protection, tax and age
- settle viewer objections and prize claims yourself
- take the measures needed where minors take part
- hold the rights and permissions needed for the music, images, brands, names, messages, questions and answers you use on air
In Interactive Games, Let Chat Play gives viewers who send gifts priority for a seat in a cup’s races, its battle, its runs or its launches, in the order the Privacy Policy describes, and, unless you turn respawn off, brings a racer’s car back once it is out of a car race, flying it ahead of the field, for a gift they send during a race worth the amount you set, and, unless you turn turbo off, speeds it up for two seconds for each gift worth the turbo’s amount, and, unless you turn trap off, throws a trap in front of the leading car other than theirs for each gift worth the trap’s amount, stopping the first other car to reach it for three tenths of a second, a gift worth more than one giving the one you set highest — respawn, then a trap, then a turbo when two are the same — in a tank race for a second there, where, unless you turn them off, a gift can also fire the sender’s tank at once — or, for the tank in front, raise a one-second shield over it, which a second shell breaks — or drop a mine in front of the tank in front, which hurts the first tank over it and throws it back, or mend it, or bring it back once destroyed, each gift giving one of these, the one you set to the highest amount it is worth — and in a lane run, unless you turn them off, a gift speeds the sender’s bot up for two seconds or, with All-terrain, lays track over the next bad stretch of its lane, the one you set to the highest amount it is worth — and in an obstacle dash, unless you turn them off, a gift throws a banana peel in front of the leading runner other than the sender’s, sends dogs at the three leading runners, speeds the sender’s runner up, brings it back once the boulder has flattened it or sends a flock of sheep through the field, the one you set to the highest amount it is worth. You can remove a viewer from a cup, cut short the time a volley gives viewers to aim, and call a battle a draw, which names no winner. If you offer a prize, take into account that taking part, and with respawn, gift wings, turbo, trap, gift shot, mine, repair, All-terrain or an obstacle dash’s gifts on a race’s result, can then depend on sending gifts, assess what the rules that apply to you make of that, and tell your viewers how seats, respawns, gift wings, turbo, traps, gift shots, mines, repairs, All-terrain and an obstacle dash’s gifts are given and what becomes of the prize in a draw.
In a tower duel, gifts also change the battle itself: a gift sent during it can call airstrikes for the sender’s side, repair their tank and give it shields and extra shells for the next volley, and gifts worth enough bring their knocked-out tank back, every time it is knocked out, so the side that is sent more gifts has a better chance of winning. Let Chat Play never draws at random what a gift does. If you offer a prize for a tower duel, take into account that its outcome can then depend on gifts, assess what the rules that apply to you make of that, and tell your viewers so; do not ask them for gifts in return for a chance of winning a prize.
In an archer duel, gifts change the battle too: a gift sent during it gives the sender extra arrows and shields for the next volley, heals their boxes and gives them extra boxes, and brings a knocked-out player back once their gifts reach 50 coins, as often as they do, so the side that is sent more gifts has a better chance of winning. Let Chat Play never draws at random what a gift does. What is said above of a prize for a tower duel holds for an archer duel as well. An Archer War Arena is an archer duel fought by two armies of archers standing in formation: everything said here of an archer duel holds for it too, but that a shield is held over a column of archers rather than in front of one.
The “first correct answer”, time, ranking, gift value and score, and the race, battle, run and launch results, seat order, poll totals and supporter rankings Let Chat Play shows are a technical aid. Network latency, the platform delivering events late, out of order or more than once, a dropped connection, a name change, spelling differences or a software fault can affect the result; in Interactive Games, an entry or a gift that arrives late may count only for a later race, volley, run, launch or cup. A race’s, a battle’s, a run’s or a launch’s result is the one Let Chat Play’s server works out: the broadcast screen draws it by the same rules, and where a screen differs, the server’s result stands. Check the result yourself before giving a prize with legal or financial consequences. The Operator does not guarantee that these records are exact, complete or valid as evidence in a dispute.
7. Viewer data
While running your quizzes, cups and polls we process your viewers’ usernames, display names, profile pictures, chat messages, answer results, points and gift events on your behalf; as a rule, you are the data controller for this data. You are therefore responsible for:
- telling your viewers that a quiz or a game is running on your broadcast and that their names and points will appear on screen
- in Interactive Games, telling them also that the numbers they type become a car, an aimed tank, an archer’s boxes, a ball, a marble, a rocket, a walker, a racing tank, a bot or a runner shown on screen with their display name and profile picture; that gifts give priority for a seat; that in a tower duel a gift changes the battle and its sender is thanked on screen with their display name and profile picture; and that in an archer duel a gift changes the battle
- if you switch the supporter boards on, telling them that the names of your biggest gifters appear on screen
- where required, choosing the appropriate legal basis and obtaining the necessary permissions
- answering requests your viewers make to you; we carry out the technical steps these need, such as deletion, at your request
- not asking viewers for personal data you do not need
In Quiz Games, the points your viewers win also count on the round boards of the same quiz type and language. The global round board, which combines every channel, is kept under the Operator’s own responsibility and may be shown to other broadcasters and on their broadcast screens. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
8. Gifts and supporters
Let Chat Play records the gifts your viewers send during your broadcast, whichever app is on air, as TikTok reports them and, if your plan includes the designer and you switch the supporter boards on, shows your biggest gifters on the broadcast screen. Gifts are a matter between your viewers, TikTok and you: Let Chat Play takes no payment, holds no money and pays nothing out, and the diamond values it shows are TikTok’s figures as reported to it, not a statement of your earnings.
A gift poll counts only the gifts it shows for each answer, each by a fixed value from Let Chat Play’s own list of poll gifts.
In a tower duel’s battle, a gift also acts in the game, as described above, and the broadcast screen thanks its sender for a few seconds with their display name and profile picture and what the gift did, never what it was worth, and shows the airstrikes each side has waiting and the shields and extra shells a tank carries into the next volley. In an archer duel’s battle, a gift acts in the game too, as described above, and the broadcast screen shows what it did on the sender’s boxes, never what it was worth. In a car race, a tank race, a lane run, an obstacle dash, a tower duel and an archer duel, the broadcast screen also names from time to time what a gift does there, by a TikTok gift’s picture and a few words, with no number.
9. User content
“User Content” means the questions, answers, poll questions and answers, logos, designs, brands, text, messages and settings you upload or publish through the service, and the questions and answers you post on the support board. Your content remains yours or the relevant rights holder’s.
So that we can provide the service, you grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive licence for the term of this agreement, which may be passed to subcontractors for the same purpose, solely to operate the service and to host, back up and technically convert your content and show it on your broadcast screen at your instruction, and to show a support board question, once answered, with its answer and without names, to every signed-in broadcaster who reads the board in its language. The licence ends when the content is deleted or the account is closed, except for legal retention and the normal backup cycle.
You may not upload or use in the service:
- content that is unlawful, misleading, threatening or infringes someone else’s rights
- copyright works, trademarks, personality rights or trade secrets you have no permission to use
- special categories of personal data, passwords, payment card or identity numbers, or other personal data the service does not need
- malicious code or material that affects the security of the service
The Operator is not obliged to review content in advance. Where there is suspicion of illegality, a security risk or an infringement, it may block or delete content or give the authorities the information required by law. The accounts that answer the support board’s questions, those on the God Mode plan, may also delete a question waiting there.
10. Let Chat Play’s rights
The rights in the Let Chat Play software, design, brand, domains, documentation and the question packages the Operator provides belong to the Operator or the relevant rights holder. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the service in your own broadcasts for as long as your account is open.
Parts of Let Chat Play’s software are licensed under open-source licences, among them the GNU Affero General Public License; nothing in these Terms restricts the rights those licences give you. Beyond them, copying the service’s content, including question packages, as a database, selling or republishing it, or using it to build a competing service is prohibited; rights granted by mandatory law are reserved. If you give us feedback, we may use it free of charge to improve the service without disclosing your personal data.
11. Plans and fees
Let Chat Play is free during early access. Pro features, among them designing the broadcast screen, which includes switching the supporter boards on, and uploading a logo, are currently assigned to accounts by the Operator, and no payment is taken through the service. Your plan belongs to your account, so it is the same in both apps. You will not be charged unless you make an explicit purchase.
When a paid plan goes on sale, its price, taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation and withdrawal terms will be shown separately before you order, and these Terms will be updated as needed. In consumer transactions, the mandatory rules on distance contracts and consumer protection take precedence.
When a plan ends, access to the appearance and features specific to that plan may close: your design and logo are kept, but the broadcast screen goes back to the default look, without the logo, until the plan returns.
12. Prohibited uses
You may not use the service for:
- activity that breaks the law, a court order or an instruction from a competent authority
- gambling, an unauthorised raffle or a misleading prize campaign
- harassment, hate speech, discrimination, fraud or the abuse of children
- impersonating another person, broadcaster or brand, or running the service on a TikTok account you are not authorised to use
- collecting unnecessary personal data, passwords or payment details from viewers
- manipulating chat, gift, score, answer or identity events, or the results, seats and rankings built from them
- unauthorised access to the service, another account or data
- malware, denial of service, excessive traffic or getting around security measures
- giving the impression that Let Chat Play and TikTok have an official partnership
13. Changes, maintenance and availability
We may change the service for reasons of security, law, third-party dependencies or product development. We try to give reasonable advance notice of a material change to your disadvantage; in an urgent security matter, a legal obligation or a third-party outage, prior notice may not be possible.
The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, heavy load, internet failures, attacks or an outage at TikTok or the connection provider. We do not commit to any particular availability level or response time.
The service is not an archive or backup system; keep your own copy of any questions, logos, polls and results you need to keep.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be closed and its data deleted through the contact form. Before closing it we may verify that the account is yours.
We may immediately restrict or suspend your access in the event of:
- a breach of these Terms
- suspected security issues, fraud or unauthorised access
- a risk to other broadcasters, viewers, the Operator or third parties
- a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority
- the third-party connection becoming legally or technically unsustainable
If a breach can be remedied, we first allow a reasonable period unless security or the law prevents it; for a serious or repeated breach we may close the account. The Operator may end the free service with reasonable notice.
15. Warranty
To the extent mandatory law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. In particular, the Operator does not guarantee:
- that the service is uninterrupted, free of delay or error, or compatible with every device
- that the TikTok connection, your account or any particular feature will continue
- that question packages are complete, current or error-free
- the accuracy of chat, gift value, ranking, winner, score, race, battle, run or launch result, seat order, poll or supporter data
- that you will achieve any particular income, audience, engagement or commercial result
- that your quizzes and cups comply with the law or third-party rules
- that no data loss will ever occur
This section does not remove written commitments we expressly give, consumer rights relating to defective services that cannot be waived, or liability for defects concealed by fraud.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent mandatory law allows, the Operator is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or income, loss of audience, reputation or opportunity, interruption of a broadcast or TikTok account, or data loss caused by your not keeping your own copy.
For direct damage caused by the Operator’s slight negligence that can lawfully be limited, the Operator’s total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for Let Chat Play in the 12 months before the event causing the damage or, if you used the service free of charge, to 1,000 Turkish lira.
These limitations do not apply to the Operator’s intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury, fraud, mandatory consumer rights, or obligations regarding personal data that cannot be limited by contract. If one limitation is invalid, the others are unaffected.
17. Third-party claims
You are responsible, in proportion to your own fault and breach, for any claim, penalty, cost or damage that a third party brings against the Operator because of your User Content; your quizzes, cups, prizes, advertising or broadcast; your breach of the rules of TikTok or another platform; your unlawful processing of viewer data; or your breach of these Terms, and you bear the Operator’s reasonable defence costs to the same extent.
The Operator will not accept a settlement that increases your liability without your consent, and you may not withhold that consent without good reason. This clause does not shift the Operator’s own fault to you and does not limit a consumer’s mandatory rights.
18. Force majeure
A party is not held responsible for failing to perform an obligation because of natural disaster, war, epidemic, acts of public authorities, widespread internet or power outages, cyberattack or the outage of a critical third-party service beyond its reasonable control. Reasonable measures required for the security of personal data are not affected by this clause, and the affected party makes reasonable efforts to limit the consequences.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms because of changes in law, security, the service or the business model. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. We announce a change that materially affects your rights and obligations on this site and to your registered email address before it takes effect and, where the law or the nature of the change requires it, we ask for your acceptance again. Corrections of wording and clarifications that do not work to your disadvantage do not require renewed acceptance.
20. Notices
We may send notices about the service to your registered email address, within the app or on this site. You can send notices to us through the contact form; cases in which the law prescribes a special form of notice are reserved.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.
Consumers may apply, within the monetary limits set by law, to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts where they live or where the consumer transaction took place; this right is not limited by any jurisdiction clause. Consumers living outside Türkiye keep the rights they have under the mandatory consumer law of their own country.
For disputes that are not consumer transactions, the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any other court that has exclusive jurisdiction by law.
22. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with any special terms presented at the time of a purchase, form the entire agreement between the parties. The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is applied to the closest extent legally possible and the remaining provisions stay in force.
Not exercising a right straight away does not mean waiving it. You may not transfer this agreement without the Operator’s written permission. The Operator may transfer it as part of a merger, reorganisation or transfer of the service, provided your rights are not materially reduced.
These Terms are published in several languages. The Turkish text is the authoritative version; if a translation conflicts with the Turkish text, the Turkish text applies unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
